Before Matini undertake any works we liaise with the client to enable us to supply a documentation package to suit their requirements.

A standard pack would contain all material certification, specifically exactly what grade of stainless steel pipe and fittings are being supplied to your company and a welder identification and codings to enable you to identify the personnel and to what qualifications he or she have gained.

The Matini tailor-made weld logging sheets can identify the exact weld, who welded it, on what day and whether it has been visibly inspected, X-rayed or borescoped, by whom and who witnessed the inspection. We supply a pressure test certificate that shows times, dates, who tested the pipework and what line it is designed to carry. This is backed by a current calibration gauge and certificate.

All the information is copied and stored at our office so we also have the records that we keep for 5 years or longer if you require. All this documentation is then compiled into a package to suit your company and handed over on completion of the works.
