Matini Process Pipework offers all types of manual and orbital welding processes; ranging from manual metallic arc welding of carbon steel pipework in the general services areas, to the tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) of thin wall and schedule pipe wall thickness fully purged, including orbital welding of high purity lines with full documentation. All Matini welders are fully trained and coded in their field.

All the welders we use, both our own and sub-contracted operators, are coded to EN 287 & ASMI 1X procedures, we are able to manually or orbitally weld a variety of materials and wall thicknesses to satisfy the type of work or endowment  involved.

Matini Process Pipework have an impressive range of equipment which includes two Arc Machine Incorporated (AMI) orbital welding plant both with welding heads and collet sizes to undertake high purity water and product lines, there are also a number of manual welding plant that can undertake the welding of both stainless steel and carbon steel by the means of Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) or Manual Arc with electrodes. All our stainless steel welding having a full Argon purge to make sure that all welds meet the high standard that Matini set.
